Hien Nguyen, the President and CEO of MLearningCenter, brings significant technology and education management experience
to the company. Mr. Nguyen is currently a Ph.D candidate in Computer Science at Florida International University,
and has a Masters Degree in Telecommunications and Network, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
With more than 12 years of experience in the field of education, Mr. Nguyen is dedicated to supporting education and
helping others to achieve their goals. Through his experience as a private tutor, Mr. Nguyen discovered that there was
a need for students to buy and sell books locally from people other than just the school bookstore. He also noticed that
there was a lack of resources available for tutors to advertise their services. By developing MLearningCenter, Mr. Nguyen
created a solution to that problem and provided a way for students and tutors to advertise and receive the best price for
their products or services.
As MLearningCenter’s Chief Operating Officer, Dung Phan-Nguyen is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of
MLearningCenter’s worldwide sales, marketing and service. She is also responsible for operational management, budget development,
conferencing, special event planning and membership solicitation and retention. Ms. Phan-Nguyen began her career as a Sales Representative
in 1999 for Federate Department Stores. In 2001, she became the Marketing Manager for HD Graphic Inc, where she was responsible for
consumer marketing strategy, brand management, advertising, and consumer promotions. Ms. Phan-Nguyen has over a decade of experience
in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy planning, and workforce planning.
Mr. Le has been the senior software developer for MLearningCenter since 2006. He has more than 11 combined years of experience
as a software developer in academic and private practice.
Mr. Lim is a software developer at MLearningCenter who assisted with the design, development and testing of the site’s content.
He possesses many valuable computer programming skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both of which contributed
to the success of MLearningCenter.
